When does the 14 day period start? From the date printed on your invoice when your pair of specs are sent to you, via courier or overnight postage. What about refunds on postage and packing? We do not offer refunds for postage and packing costs. Can I exchange my glasses for a higher priced pair? Absolutely. But we will charge you for the difference in cost. How does the 2 year warranty work? We only use top quality frames and lenses, but it may happen that one of our pairs of spectacles might break sometime during the period after you purchased it. To prove that our quality really is top notch, we offer a 2 year warranty on our glasses. If your lenses or frames fail, and it's no fault of yours, please let us know and we will repair or replace at no extra cost to you.
